Our story 
When over six years ago, after my maternity leave, I wanted to return to my full-time job, I heard from my employer that there was no more work for me - I didn't think it was the beginning of my beautiful adventure.
I was scared, full of anxiety and fear. With tears in my eyes, I discussed for hours with my closest friends and husband what to do next. I decided to take a risk and do what I love. From the beginning, on my terms and conditions. I decided to open my own business (from home) and cook healthy dishes.
I remember this feeling of happiness and fear at the same time when I was publishing my first post. I also remember the first customer! And the next, and the next and the next ... I realized very quickly that this adventure can turn out to be a source of happiness, satisfaction and gives me great joy!

As the months and years passed, I started to introduce new products to my offer. In addition to standard healthy meals, there were salads and protein shakes that you also liked very much. I found extra chef to work with me and invested money in better equipment, not only kitchen but also IT. A new website and an online ordering application have been created and I started thinking that it may be necessary to rent a larger kitchen and move the company closer to the city centre.

I remember a few years ago, my friend Monika told me that I would open my place in a few years, I did not believe it - it was so distant and unattainable that it was hard for me to even imagine it. But every next day I got up at 5:30am to work to do what I love, but also work very hard. 

In October 2021, I rented my first commercial unit, and since February 2022 I have been cooking in it, and although I have never worked so hard in my life, even though I have tears in my eyes from anger, helplessness and exhaustion many times, I have never been happier than I am now! I do what I love, I surround myself with people whom I have chosen as my partners, I have no boss over me and I set the bar for myself!

Eat Well Catering by Anna Hasiuk is a specialist healthy meals catering supplier and prepare fresh, tasty, and nutritious meal plans for customers around Northern Ireland. In 2023 we expand our service and we are also offering healthy, balanced, hot lunches for over 250 kids from nurseries in Belfast and surrounding areas.
