2. Select meal options and calorific value

3. Choose delivery days (minimum 5 days)

4. Add extras (like fresh salad, protein shakes, healthy desserts)

5. Confirm your order and choose a payment option

6. Receive login and password with link to download app (by sms or email) and manage your order through mobile in a future

We have meat menu, vege + fish, vegetarian menu, meat & fish menu and "mix & match" menu. Each of this can be lactose or gluten free. We can also do low carbs meals for request. 

We accept cash (paid on first delivery), PayPal or bank transfer. 

There is 10% discount for 4 weeks orders and £5off when ordered 2 meal plans (min £45 each) for the same address.
