We deliver fresh, ready to eat, healthy meal plans directly to your door.  

All of our meals are calorie controlled & macros counted.

Menu changes weekly and there is always new dish to try. 

How does it work?

Choose your meal plan & order online

It is a weekly meal plan so make sure to select at least 5 days in calendar while ordering. Order needs to start on Monday and weekends are not covered. 

Make sure to order before 6pm on Friday (this may change due to customer demand, stock availability) to start your meal plan from Monday following week.

We cook your meals and deliver directly to your door twice a week

Meals are prepared from scratch in our kitchen.
You will receive your meals in two deliveries:  on Sunday & Wednesday.

Sunday delivery covers meals for Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday. Wednesday delivery covers meals for Thursday & Friday.

Heat & Eat

Enjoy your fresh, tasty meals with the confidence that you can track your macros.

All of our meals are cooked and ready to eat - some of them are designed to be eaten cold and some are better reheated. All instructions are on a label. 

What do we offer?

We offer meal plans to suit all goals, including weight loss, performance & low carbs.

We also cater for lactose and gluten intolerance.

Say goodbye to last minute shopping, chopping, cooking and cleaning!

Meat menu

Each meal contains a portion of meat: poultry, beef or lean pork along with vegetables and carbohydrates. Weight loss (500kcal meals) or muscle gain (850kcal meals -  high in protein) plans are available.

Intermittent Fasting

Instead of limiting calories, intermittent fasting limits the times you can eat to a specific window - the most common method is called the 16 to 8 split — fasting for 16 hours and eating for 8 hours.

For example, you can set up your ''eating window'' from 10am to 6pm and have 3 meals over that time plus extra snack (like apple) and plenty of water. We provide you with 3 meals: healthy breakfast, meat dinner & high protein cocktail.

Make your own

Build your own meal plan - simply add any meal you like to build your perfect meal plan. Choose from all available meals and write in a summary what do you choose.

Polish meals / Polskie obiady

Typical Polish dishes prepared with great passion. Very tasty, fresh and delivered to your home 2 times a week. It is weekly menu so has to be ordered for a whole week. Choose from 2 options: dinners alone or homemade soup with dinner. Menu changed weekly and there are no macros on label.
